amber encircled with garnets in sterling silver

I hand fabricated this piece in sterling silver then set each stone by hand. I pave set the thirty 2mm faceted garnet gemstones under my microscope. The 12 mm amber cabachon is bezel set in the center. This piece measures 1” in diameter.
